Market News
It is a smaller market than usual this week as many traders are away for the bank holiday, including our regular cafe crew so we are sorry to say there is no cafe this week (nor the Jericho Coffee Traders tuk tuk unfortunately!). We do not have SESI with us either as they take a well-earned break. They will be back next week as normal.
However, there is still a brillaint range of fresh bread, veg, meat, cheese and milk as always. All produced with love within 30 miles of our home. Lizie of Country Bunches with her gorgeous flowers from her garden in Toot Baldon will be inside this week - don't miss her pretty and very reasonaly priced posies. Catalina of Bocados is back again too with her homemade avocado crackers. Stop by for a try.
Our special 10th birthday celebration market on Saturday 17th September is drawing nearer. A great line-up of live music, stalls and more is in the offing. We have been working closely with East Oxford Primary School (where the market takes place) on marking this special anniversary. We are keen to let as many parents of the school children as possible know about the amazing transformation that happens to their kids' school every Saturday and encourage them to join us for the special market. At 2.45pm on Wednesday 14th September a group of us will be at the school gate to promote the market to parents. If you would like to join us please email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
