22nd April is UN Earth Day so and a good way to mark it is by supporting local producers at this week’s market. Brynmoor Conserves are back again this week – why not buy bread from Natural Bread to go with some of Sarah’s award winning Jam! Our market regulars are joined by Shands with tasty homemade cakes and treats. We also have takeaway seasonal salads, Mediterranean and Filipino foods. As a special treat this week Raffaele Pepe is running the market café, selling traditional Italian and Japanese food and hot drinks.

Sandford Hydro, the biggest hydro scheme on the Thames, is due to open this summer.
