New stall, Bocados, will be bringing their handmade Avocado crackers to us this Saturday. Originally from Chile where the fruit can be grown, Catalina stocks up on avos at Gloucester Green Market before turning them into an amazing range of crackers in her home in Headington. Make sure to give them a try. Perhaps they would work well with a Greek dip from Ellie's Kitchen, a bit of Mediterranean's houmous or some soft Crudge's Cheese?  

 

Unusually there will be no cafe this week whilst our regular traders take a well-earned holiday. Jericho Coffee Traders will be serving teas and coffees outside and the cafe area will be available for enjoing food and drinks from across the market.
