The month of March comes from the Latin Martius marking the beginning of the season for both farming and warfare, so the perfect month to celebrate local farming at its best. This week we have our usual fresh fruit and veg from The Clays, plus meat and dairy from Coopers Oxford Pork, North Aston Dairy, and Crudges Cheese, plus everything chilli from Chillies2U. We also have our usual array of take away foods, SESI’s selection of dried foods and household goods, and wonderful hand salves from Salvation for Hands. Plus Make. Do. Mend. are back so don’t forget to bring your sewing alterations and repairs! There’s no cake stall this week but you can get your cake fix in Joby’s Kitchen.
