Beautifully handmade patisserie
Lucy loves all things food and has a particular sweet spot for pastry. What a Tart started in 2021 when she decided to focus her passion for patisserie into a business creating joyous treats to delight and inspire.
She has danced around the food and hospitality industry for nearly 20 years and, having trained in traditional French patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu, she has developed her own style, creating feasts for the eyes and the tastebuds.
