For Mark, who runs the stall at the market, it's been a kind of homecoming, thirty plus years on from his days as an Oxford peace campaigner. For Ellie, originally from Thrace, then Salonika, and now Woodstock, it's been an exciting experience presenting and selling her range of scrumptious Greek savoury and sweet pies, mezes and keftedes.
Ellie's pies arrive at market straight from the oven, her vegetables and herbs are seasonally sourced from Mark's organic allotments, and there's always something gluten-free.
