  • Minutes of the last Meeting
    Members will be asked to vote to agree these draft minutes as a correct record of the meeting held on 12 May 2021.
  • Reports for the year 1 January – 31 December 2021
    • Chair’s Report
    • Booking Co-ordinator’s Report
    • Membership Report
    • Treasurer’s Report. Members will be asked to vote to exercise their power to decide not to undertake a full professional audit for the year of account in question (in accordance with section 84 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014).
  • Election of Management Committee Members and Officers.
