It's a jam packed market this week - and yes, that includes a jam stall. It's a great week to bring a friend to show them just how lucky we are to have such a great range of local producers selling their wares on our doorstep.

The Pukeko Coffee tuk tuk is back again - under their new name of Jericho Coffee Traders - the beans are roasted in that part of town. This week they have a challenge for you. They always have paper cups - but they love filling up reusable ones too. This Saturday, the owner of the best reusable cup brought to be filled up wins a free coffee next time. So bring your favourite mug, favourite 'Keep Cup' or best china along to the market this week and enjoy your coffee the homely way. Over to you!

Indoors at Ingrid's Bistro coffee is on the menu too, alongside teas, cold drinks and her ever-changing menu of delicious seasonal brunch dishes. If you've not stayed for a meal before - make this the first time. Finally, LAM Brewing have something to celebrate and they want to share it with you. They have a new beer, a rye IPA, which is being launched at the market this week. There will be free samples galore. They've called their new brew 'Rye Not'. Rye not, indeed?! Enjoy the market.
