Since it began in 2016, Salad Daze Menu has evolved with the Winter season, Pastry, Scotch Eggs and Sausage Rolls, from a Vegetarian Kitchen, most Salads are Vegan, available now are vegan pastes to take home and dressings using Aquafaba.

Carla Bailey's food cv starts with Catering for Oxfam UK, opening Restores Garden Cafe, Worton Farm Organic Garden Cafe to stints at Wolvercote and East Oxford Farmers Market Cafes. She has a passion for Local and Organic produce.

She is a full time Private Cook.
