100% natural homemade granola

I'm Laura, the founder and creator of Granola Girls. My goal has always been to prove to people that eating healthy doesn't have to taste bad. Granola Girls was created back in 2015, not long after the birth of my eldest daughter. Over the years, I started experimenting with how I was making the granola, keeping that old adage in mind, “less is more”. And because my family and I had recently moved to Oxfordshire from Central London, I wanted to incorporate locally-sourced ingredients wherever I could.

I use jumbo oats, walnuts, sliced almonds, golden linseed, brown linseed, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Lastly I use some spices and local Oxfordshire honey from Hethe, Butler & Gard Apiaries. I do 3 flavours; My House Blend is spiced with cinnamon, my Autumn Blend is spiced with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice and then I do a Dark Chocolate and Orange. All flavours have been nutritionally analysed and they come in substantially lower in sugar than granolas you find in supermarkets (3.8g sugar/45g). They are also higher in protein and fibre, as well as lower in carbohydrates.
