Cotswold Salad use hydroponic technology and controlled environment agricultural techniques to grow healthy crops, indoors, all year round in our vertical farm. Harvested as "microgreens" their baby leaves and shoots are an array of fresh tasting, vibrant and punchy flavours and a rich source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, packaged, of course, in plant based containers.
