Beautiful greetings cards, fine art photographic prints, books and more...inspired by the wildlife of Oxfordshire and beyond.

James is an Oxford-based photographer and publisher and visits the farmers market every 5-6 weeks, from Spring to Christmas.

James has developed his photography business since leaving his previous career 7 years ago, and first traded at the farmers market in 2012.

Passionate about connecting people to their environment, James produces fine art quality 'wildlife' greetings cards and other items, featuring the best of his photography. As they often feature wildlife local to Oxfordshire, they have special appeal to visitors to the East Oxford market (and are much better value than high street alternatives!)

James really appreciates the feedback he gets at the farmers market on new card designs and new products, using customer comments to improve new goods before they go out to a wider audience. He also finds the friendly environment a great place to share experiences and find inspiration! James' most recent book 'Wildlife of Britain - a Photographer's Portrait' was first sold at the market.

Away from the market, James' work has been sold internationally and featured widely in the press. He also runs the publishing company Bernwood Press, which helps creative people produce their own fine art goods for sale at exhibitions etc. James is currently developing a long-standing interest in film-making, producing evocative films from his experiences with Oxfordshire's nature and wildlife.
