This year's Annual Members' Meeting will be on Saturday, 22 April 2023, 1.15 pm, at the market.
Please be punctual so we can check attendance against our register.
Our management committee will report about how we did last year (January to December 2022).

Members will be asked to vote to agree these as a correct record of the meeting held on 25 May 2022.
3. Reports for the year 1 Jan – 31 Dec 2022 (and update on 2023)

d) Treasurer's Report
Members will be asked to vote to exercise their power to decide not to undertake a full professional audit for the year of account in question(in accordance with section 84 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014).
4. Election of Management Committee Members
Any member is welcome to stand for election. To find out more please get in touch with Ruthi by emailing chair @ eastoxfordmarket.org.uk.
5. AOB
The committee is made up of volunteers from the membership; it works best if we have about 10-12 people willing to be part of it. We will ask members to elect the new management committee at the meeting -- please consider standing. If you do want to stand, we'd like a few sentences from you to share with members before they vote.
We have other opportunities to get more involved:
• market treasurer
• Saturday market managers (small payment on a self-employed basis)
• Saturday volunteers (an hour and a half now and again).
It would be brilliant to get some new people. It's not hard and can be fun! Please email us or come and ask one of us at the market.
