We will hold the Annual Members Meeting (AMM) 2025 at the market on 17 May 2025 at 1:15 pm. Please do come along - we will keep it sweet and short, promised!

  2. Minutes of the last Meeting:
    Members will be asked to vote to agree these as a correct record of the meeting held on 20 April 2024.
  3. Reports for the year 1 Jan – 31 Dec 2024
    1. Reports from the management committee
    2. Treasurer's Report
      Members will be asked to vote to exercise their power to decide not to undertake a full professional audit for the year of account in question(in accordance with section 84 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014).
  4. Election of Management Committee Members.
