Taste of Poland (B & S Flavor) is family run company, founded in Oxford in 2015.

They make Polish pierogi and other traditional foods. They produce their own sour gherkins, sauerkraut and snacks such as croquettes: all authentically traditional, homemade and delicious.

They would like to share their love of polish cuisine, food that they have been brought up with, with the multicultural community of Oxford.

Their signature natural fermented sour cabbage and gherkins do not contain any artificial additives or preservatives. Most of their products are vegetarian friendly. Where possible they will use local products.Taste of Poland - traditional polish food

Sour gherkins – made with gherkins lodged in a barrel containing fennel, horseradish root, and cloves of garlic, flooded with salt water and then pickled.
