The market this week has a broad selection of fresh food including fish from Bibury Trout Farm and free range meat from Cotswold Curer. As well as their usual dairy selection North Aston will have fresh organic veal offal this week, and Willowbrook Organic Farm will have their usual range of chicken, lamb, eggs, and honey. The Clays are the fruit and veg stalls this week, and Crudges Cheese will have their usual range of ethical cheeses. There’ll be lots of bread courtesy of Natural Bread, and preserves from Brynmoor Conserves. Mrs B’s Antiques will be in the foyer with a mix of jewellery and other vintage goods, and we have plenty of food takeaways, plus our Mexican themed Kalaca Café.
